This girl is Midori...

She is the main character of a very sad manga by Suehiro Maruo titled 少女椿 -Shōjo Tsubaki- (aka Mr. Arashi's Amazing Freak Show). Also it has been adapted into an animated film titled "Midori" by Hiroshi Harada.

The story is about a little girl named Midori whose father left the family and later the mother dies. When Midori is alone, she meets a man who promise her a better life if she goes to visit him. Midori, full of innocence, goes to visit that mysterious man to the circus where he works...

Once there, she is caught in a spiral of degeneration and depravation which she won't be able to scape.
